Filter Repair and Refurbishment

ALF can in many cases also repair or refurbish your existing filters and strainers, replacing worn out, damaged or process affected filter materials which could potentially risk the introduction of unwanted contaminants.

Sometimes it's just not practical or cost effective to replace a complete filter fabrication due to it's size, availability, filter housing, attachment etc. 

For this reason we have several repeat customers who regularly send in filters for strip down, refurbishment or repairs. 

By alternating one or more refurbished filters in this way our customers experience minimum disruption, saving not only on the cost of a complete new filter but also on overall machine or process downtime which can disrupt their production.

As the five "R"'s are becoming evermore encouraged to help reduce our carbon footprint and waste wherever possible it also helps the environment a little as well.
